Mark was one of the most unique and stimulating photo session that I have done in a while. Not just because of his great looks and a chassis that sets the camera on fire, but largely due to his amazing journey that brought him to this point in his life. The results of which you see in his gallery.
At the age of 13 Mark stood 5' 7" weighed in at 240 lbs with a body fat of 30%, a bit overweight for his age and height. Now he currently he stands 5'10" and weighs 215 lbs with an incredibly low body fat of 8%. Mark was just tired of the way he looked and set out to redirect and take charge of his life, he went from being a computer geek to becoming a fitness and exercise enthusiast. Dedication, discipline and a desire for a better journey in life.
I think this young man is inspiring and I certainly look forward to working with him more in the future.
